Anger & Sadness

Angry & Sad are the most dangerous emotion. It leads to life action. Killing or Suicide.. In that 5 min, it will end up someones life just like that.. so how can we overcome this kind of stuff ? Emotion cant be control.. Okie.. First.. Angry.. Lets take it like a game. 2 sides of people are argue-ing <-- im not sure with the "ing" thingy but anyway.. So. Which one is having the advantage.. The Angry person , or the Person who dont really care ? .. Next i dont really argue with people dou. Becoz when we start argue , We dont really think what is actually coming out from our mouth and it dont  really solve any problem. We Think , We Shout . we didnt actually goes to further thinking. So wheres the logic in that ?If you think im right then you should start learning. Learn what ?
  1. What are you angrying about.
  2. Is it worth angrying.
  3. Whats the Advantage im having.
  4. Why am i in this position.
  5. If Argue is not about winning or loosing and is more about learning and whose right.. In that Arguing momment.. Can you learn ?
  6. Pick a time when both are happy. Why? Does it makes us argue again ? No, Not really.. It will turn up into a joke and understanding..
Thats all i can think about overcome Angry or Arguing .. If you have a better way. Use it.. This is just my style and thinking to overcome it..

Next is how to overcome sadness since its one of the think people have about. Who wants to be sad ? maybe only the Emos O.O Emos think there cool so which is the unique thing for them. For me is this.
  1. Ice-cream or Chocolate
  2. Have a wake in your favorate place.. (e.g Beach)
  3. Find someone who you trust.. (e.g Girlfriend or BestFriend)
  4. Drive around.. Get lost..Its nice too..
  5. Watch something scary or funny.
It actually takes time.. so same.. If u had ur better way.. Use it.. =)
